This policy explains how Mansa Mande LLC ("Mansa Mande", "we") handles information, including through Mansa Mande Studio, our internal publishing tool that schedules and publishes content to social accounts owned by Mansa Mande and its brands (ClinCore, Find You and Mansa Mande Markets).
Information we collect
- When an account owner connects a social account (for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, X or TikTok) to Mansa Mande Studio, we receive the access tokens and basic profile or page details (name, ID, profile image) that the platform shares after you grant permission.
- Content we create and schedule, and performance metrics the platforms return for that content (views, likes, comments, followers).
- Messages you send us by email.
How we use it
Only to publish and schedule our own content, show post performance to our team, and keep the connection working. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties except service providers that host our systems, or where the law requires.
Storage and security
Tokens and data are stored on infrastructure we control, encrypted in transit, with access limited to authorized team members. Tokens are kept only while a connection is active.
Your choices
You can disconnect Mansa Mande Studio at any time from the platform's app settings (for example Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services). You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time; see Data deletion.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
